Where are you based?
We're happily based in Kaunas, Lithuania – one of the most beautiful cities in Baltic countries.


Is it safe to use my Credit Card?
Your credit card information is encrypted by secure socket layer (SSL) technology, and none of your credit card information will be stored subsequently after transaction.


Why do not you charge taxes?
We serve customers all around the world and every country has it different rules and regulations regarding taxes and duties. Upon receiving the product you may be asked to pay these additional fees depending on the country, state, or province in which you reside. It is the buyer's responsibility to be aware of these local regulations and to pay any additional fees that may be imposed by his country.

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, We ship FREE worldwide to 185 countries!


What is the cost of shipping?
We do not charge any shipping costs.


When will my order be shipped?
Once you place an order, we will ship it as quickly as we can, but it may take up to 2-3 business days.


When will my order arrive?
Upon receiving your orders, it will usually take 2-4 weeks to arrive, depending on your location.


Can you provide me with a tracking number?
All tracking number will be emailed to the customer as soon as the tracking information becomes available.


Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
Usually when this happens, it is because our customers might have keyed in the wrong email address. We do send out order and shipping confirmations, but if you have not received any confirmations after 2-3 business days, do contact us and let us know!


I ordered a few items but only received one. Where are the rest of my orders?
Not all our items are stored in-house, and they may be shipped separately from other locations to reach you faster. As such, some items may reach you earlier.


I have not received my delivery even though the stated delivery time has passed. Why is that so?
Although this rarely happens, the delay might be due to your location or lost mail that unfortunately, we have no control on. However, we are more than happy to help you check if the delivery time exceeds greatly. Just email us and let us know!


Exchange & Returns


What is your refund policy?
For retail items, our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and will refund your money if you are not satisfied with your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition and in the original packaging that you received it.
Note: FREE items are non-refundable.

Can I cancel my order?
All sales are final. If you would like to cancel an order, it must be done within 12 hours of purchase because all orders begin the fulfillment process within the first 24 hours, and once the process begins it is too late to be stopped.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been processed and/or shipped, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.


Invalid Reasons:

  1. Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Hobbies Unleashed. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
  2. Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else - Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order. 

Can I exchange?
We offer replacements for any items that may have been received as defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@hobbybit.com.
